Repersenting a client at a trade show!

Spent friday, saturday and sunday at Pheasant Run Mega Center in St Charles working as a meet, greet and qualify representative for Professional Painters. My client Tony S. the owner and I had a very good and productive show. Tony was able to book appointments with filtered show goers as I separated the shoppers and buyers/potential clients.

 Buyers and shoppers come to shows and it is my job to listen for the keywords then filter the shoppers giving them information and wish them a great safe day, and send the buyers to my client. This system of qualifying show goers works and does not waste my client’s time going after unqualified shoppers. I have done this for a few years now and each time working with a client it gets easier and more productive. My client was very pleased with the results!

Networking time!

The past few weeks have filled with new opportunities. I have met a few businesses that I am looking at partnering with. I am looking forward to a great new year with different ways to help people in their advertising quest. Promotional products are one of the tools I use and know their will be more spokes in the wheel. Look out new year!

Sure is windy!

They kept telling me that their was going to be sixty mile per-hour winds but the highest I heard was 47 mph. I tied down the grill, garbage cans and put away everything else I could find.  I thought I had the trellis secured but the wind got it and bent it in half, If that is all that happens I will be happy because I have some big trees close to the house and do not want them to snap. This is the  first wind storm I can remember. Just thankful there was no snow with it.

I have a new product to add to my list. It is a product that can be for both youngsters and mature people. It is a night light with a picture of…… or any thing you would like. 1st show for October

Worked a show in Hoffman Estates October 2 and 3 with over 10 leads for my client on a higher ticket item. I worked the booth by myself so it was a good investment for my client. When I work with the sales department of the company I represent, the number of qualified leads grow . I qualify them and introduce them to the salesman, my work leads to more sales in a shorter time frame which is a win for my client. On to the next show!

Show this weekend

Worked last weekend as a meet, greet and qualify representative for Professional Painters from LaGrange IL. and having show attendees fill out contact forms for quotes. This week will be my second show for MGC Home Builders and Remodelers. The first I worked alone but this one the owner will be there and able to answer questions that I could not. This brings more qualified leads which is a process and now my follow up service which has another six touches. This will leave my client closer to the sale.

Show this weekend!

Another show and more leads. I am confident that this week will bring new leads. Will be working with the owner who can answer questions from qualified potential clients. Went on an estimate from the last show and will find out soon how it looks.

Trade Show Success

Worked a trade show as a meet, greet and lead generator for MGC Home Builders and Remodeler at Lake County Fair Grounds last weekend with success. Met great people and obtained good leads for my client. I always research clients before I represent them and my clients have a great amount of referrals which in turn gives me the enthusiasm to do the job. I was asked for my card by several vendors, this is one of the best compliments I could receive at the shows I work.  On to next weekend and another show for Professional Painters at Pheasant Run!
